Count the MX5s!

Can you count the number of MX5s in this picture? It was taken at the MAX-5 2013 event in the Netherlands where they set the Guiness World Record of the largest Mazda parade:

It is a pity I did not know about this event before reading it at Jalopnik: would have been nice to hunt down some Miatas. ;)

So now don’t rush over to Jalopnik to find out the answer (if you didn’t know it already because you attended it!) but just think about your answer first. ;)

Down on the Street: Prestine Honda Civic Mk1

It is just a joy to bring my son to school everyday. For almost two years now I’ve been passing either a Honda Accord Mk2 or a Honda Civic S Mk2 (or both!) at the same parking lot. Of course I was very thrilled to see another nostalgic Honda appearing in that very same parking lot:

JAF 2013: Last but not least, the Akina Speedstars Skyline R32

This is the last posting about the Japanese Autosport Festival and I saved the best for last: a black Nissan Skyline:

I’m not too sure about which variant it is, but it certainly ain’t no BNR32 GT-R…
I suspect, based upon the bootlid spoiler, that it is a Skyline GTS-t (HCR32) where the RB20DET outputs a decent 212hp. Given the bigger intercooler on this one it surely will output a bit more than that.
