Remembering Japanese cars from the past
I know it is a photoshop, but it is a very scary photoshop: a two door Celica coupe mated with a Celica XX (a.k.a. Celica Supra) nose!
I know the Celica XX is actually a lengthened three door Celica hatchback but somehow that looks totally right and this two door looks totally wrong.

I spotted this Ebay treasure a few days ago on AEU86. The German user fax0815 found this Toyota Sports 800 on Ebay kleinanzeigen (small ads) for a mere 7000 euros!
Just imagine: for only 7000 euros you can own one of the most sought after Toyotas! And according to doggy its price has dropped from 9900 euros to 7000 euros already!

I spotted this Mitsubishi EVO nine two weeks ago in a parking garage in my hometown.
It is a bit hard to see on this blurry picture, but there was a pair of glasses on the dash that literally shouted “old guy in midlife-crisis”.
My biggest objection against the EVO is the too-big-for-my-taste wing on its tail:
I can remember seeing a modified EVO IX some time ago where the big wing was replaced by a saner little small wing. Perfect wolf in sheep’s clothing. ;)
This EVO definitely was one of the cleanest I’ve seen so far, but given the glasses it could hardly be trashed.
No, this 80s E-AT Civic does not literally eat the touge… It is rather reversed: the touge eats up the Civic’s tires. ;)
But that doesn’t matter much to its owner since it is Toda powered…
Definitely a snapshot I’d like to keep in my family album. ;)
