Last weekend Episode 2 of Initial D Fifth Stage has been broadcasted in Japan. Obviously it was fansubbed just within a couple of days!
This episode focusses on the battle between Keisuke in his RX7 and Kobayakawa in his LanEvo VII.

Another interesting video by IKnowSkyline is this video of the Nissan R382 preparing for the 1969 Japanese Grand Prix:

Yesterday in a blink of an eye I spotted some old cars parked in what looked like an old dealership. So I parked the car around the block and headed back, and this is what I spotted:
A lot of old historic Fiats were all parked inside an old Fiat dealership. The cars I spotted were: a Fiat visitor bus designed by Bertone, Fiat 128 Coupe, Fiat Dino coupe 2400, Fiat Dino spider, Fiat 130, Fiat 125 and in the back many many more: Read the rest of this entry →

People knowing me well enough also know I love kaido racers/zokushas and all sorts of other bizarre creation from Japan. So I actually was quite happy to see this in one of the kaido racer videos:
Yes, that is indeed a yellow Carina AA63 with (fake?) oil cooiler up front and lowered on a set of SSR Mk II rims (or are those Techno Shadows? Can’t see it too clearly!).
