On one end I’m glad that tokusatsu Seiun Kamen Machineman only ran for one season, on the other hand we now have to miss one of the most hilarious tokusatsu. The main character Ken Takase, a Keiichi Tsuchya lookalike, is able to transform into a machine (robot, car, airplane, you name it…) and saves the earth from Professor K. and his evil Tentacle Organization.. Enjoy 3 minutes of this great tokusatsu and its title song sung by Yuji Ohno:

Nothing more typically Japanese than posing on a picture with a V-sign, especially when you are resting against your Honda CRX:
Rest in peace with your CRX
Found this videos full of old JDM taxis on Youtube. Of course it is full with Toyota Chaser taxis, Toyota Crown taxis, Nissan Laurel taxis but mostly with the Toyota Carina/Toyota Corona taxi.

Now I would be very surprised if I found my garage on the front of a model kit… Same happened to AE86 specialist Tube Garage when they saw this Aoshima model kit with a Sprinter Trueno AE86 on it:

And here is a picture of their workshop:

Found this funny picture on Doriten: a flatbed truck literally hauling a bunch of RWD Nissans!

How to keep it together? Just put a big strap around the Siliva S14 and everything will be tied together! :D
For the record:
On top: Nissan Silvia S14
On the bottom rear: Nissan Laurel C35
On the bottom up front: Nissan Gloria Y33
Earlier this week I passed this MX5 during my lunchbreak. It was parked around the corner of the office building where I work and apparently it really stood out. Yet again I have to apologize for the crappy quality of my phonecam, but I didn’t have anything better with me on my after lunch stroll…

Looking a bit more closeup you can see it has been lowered and modified extensively:

From this side you can already detect an aftermarket spoiler, bumper and sideskirts…
And even closer you can see it has got an aftermarket exhaust, rollbars and you can also recognize the MIM 5400 rims:

Even though I’m not a big fan of these MIM rims I certainly think they look great on this car!
