The car was built by Nakai-san from Rauh Welt Begriff (RWB) where he used the Run-Free kit as a basis for its styling.

In 1971 at the Tokyo Motor Show Toyota revealed the Toyota RV-1:
Toyota RV-1 in 1971
It clearly is based upon the (back then) new Celica TA22 and got is rear extended with the gullwing windows.

WTF: Guess the engine of this Hilux!

The first generation Toyota Hilux was a big improvement over the Toyota Stout: it was roomier, more luxurious and longer wheelbase.

The only thing it lacked was a potent engine, especially in the modern days it may look a bit archaic.
