What would you prefer more: a tekamen Skyline DR30 or a girl sandwich? Why not do both?
Skyline DR30 girl sandwich
And of course a nice zenki Levin in the background. 😉

When I found the picture of Fuji International Speedway I posted last week I got an Initial D feeling from the whole scene. So I could not resist modifying it with some comic sound effects from Initial D:
Comic version: Fuji Speedway International visit
Even better to keep this version in your family album, right?
The quality of this picture is too low to determine the exact type of the Skyline GC10, but at least we can make out that it is the later type…
Nissan Skyline GC10 squat
In the background more late 60s/early 70s J-tin and judging from the clothes the picture is definitely taken somewhere in the early 70s…
We all know the Japanese are very fond of doing the V-sign, but this guy really overdoes it!
GX61 stands for Victory
Not that his GX61 is ugly, but I would certainly not call it a WIN!

Family Album Treasures: Unbelievably long haired Skyline GTX owner
Suppose you are an American, work for the airforce and (of course) move to a base in Japan somewhere in 1979, what car would you drive then?
A Nissan Skyline C110 of course!
Long haired Nissan Skyline KGC110
This long blonde haired American owned a 1974 Nissan Skyline 2000 GTX complete with a set of periodically correct Hart Racing rims back in 1982.
Found here: Pasttimes in Okinawa
Now this treasure is really puzzling: an landing stage the background backlit by the sundown, a (flash illuminated) white Fairlady Z 280ZX in the middle and a jumping guy in early 80s fashion in the foreground! What does it mean?
Fairlady Z 280ZX jump!
Does it mean the owner is really happy with his S130Z? Or rather with the background? We’ll never know…
