Remembering Japanese cars from the past
Okay okay… I know… I’m slacking here, but today I’m ill and feel like I really need to go to bed EARLY. Something that did not happen in the past few days. :(
Anyway, here it is: the Danish Carina van tractor
I was probably already beyond saving anyway, but still… I would at least tried to save it! :(
I remember when I was in highschool I always wanted to have a moped. I actually got a 1967 Typhon Blitz (rebadged Motor Morini) and I was very happy with it. But actually I always wanted to own a Honda C50, also known as the Honda Cub.
I see it got elected as best motorcycle ever:
I think they forgot to mention one thing that can destroy the Cub: rust! Like every Japanese vehicle they are prone to rust. Back in the early 90s they were already rusting away at the front and rear fender (most of the surviving had only a small piece left) and slowly deteriorating the rest of the frame.
Still a great bike though! :)
I’m an IT Architect at Spil Games and I always have great difficulty to explain to people what that actually is. Well, my colleague found this great video on Youtube about it:

I found these two videos on Youtube. In the first two Toyota Carina GT-R AA63 sedans are chasing a Nissan Silvia S15:
While in the second (third of the video set ;) they get chased by a different Nissan Silvia S15 and a Nissan 180sx:
I have no idea what NCML is, but I suspect that NCML is an abbreviation for one of the circuits in Japan and this event was held on 15th of september 2008. Anyone knows what NCML is??
