Today’s video features a Finnish two-door Toyota Corolla GT Twin Cam 16 AE86 in Supra White and, unlike the title suggests, no 4A-GE screams in this video. Nevertheless, this video is a must-see! Let me explain why!

A rapper, a DJ, a tango dancer and a singer

The song itself was written by Finnish rap artist HesaÄijä (Marios Kleovoulou) and DJ Oku Luukkainen. The song itself is about HesaÄijä’s first love Korhosen Taina. Also, I don’t speak Finnish, so I have to admit I first wrongly assumed the title 7300 Päivää meant something like 7300 rpm screaming 4A-GE. But that turned out to be a very wrong assumption as it translates to 7300 days. You can find the full lyrics of 7300 Päivää here.

Even though in most parts of Europe the winter comes to an end and spring is in the air the Finnish are still struggling with snow and frost.

Carina Sightings: Hukkapätkä!

As far as I understood hukkapätkä means “a piece of waste” in the Finnish language. Perhaps Isokorpi Customs was thinking about that when they created this monstrous Carina, but I have to disagree on that!

They probably used a Carina TA60 as the base of this monster and put something more powerful in it.

I was blown away when I watched this clip: this Finnish Carina TA60 with 4A-GE turbo swap has so much power left to spare during its long corner drifts! It is almost child’s play to put it sideways!

When I first saw this Carina TA60 sedan I thought the quad headlights were either originals (without the citylights) or taken from a Celica:

But I was wrong: they are from an Audi Quattro!

If you look close enough you can see the original sidemarkers are missing their citylights:
