Not only the Carina TA17 is entirely in kyusha style, its owner as well:

Kyusha style Carina TA17 in the 90s
Don't be fooled by the 8 in the date: that most probably stands for the 8th year of the Heisei period.

I already posted about the Corona/Carina/Carina trio competing in the MSC tandem drift almost a year ago. A few weeks back Killian O'Brien posted this promo video of the 2007 MSC DVD on the Banpei.net page featuring them as well:
If you watch closely you can see them drift by a couple of times! :)
How much bigger is a Lexus GS300 than a Carina TA60?
Just about this much bigger:

Toyota Carina TA60 and Lexus GS300 JZS147
That is indeed my Carina. On one of the rare occasions when I went to work by car (I live at 5 minutes walking distance from work) and returned to my car I found one of my colleagues parked his Lexus GS300 JZS147 next to my Carina. I just had to take a quick snap!
Found this videos full of old JDM taxis on Youtube. Of course it is full with Chasers, Crowns, Laurels but mostly with the Corona/Carina taxi.
I found this kyusha kai styled Carina GT-TR on a spring meeting of a few other Carinas on Carview. I think this is definitely the coolest Carina I saw so far:

Kyusha Kai Carina GT-TR TA63
Lowered, black fender extenders, gunmetal grey RS Watanabe rims, rollcage, bride seat, etc. etc...
Now that Carina alone would have been a great post by itself, but then I spotted this picture of a Carina A60 sticker:

I want this Carina A60 sticker!
The coolest thing ever!! Now let's see if I can lay my hands upon one! :)
