Hilarious: Mark II MX41 in Russia

I really had to refrain myself from laughing when I watched this video: it is a culture clash between a 70s Japanese car manufacturer (Toyota in this case) and the taste of its Russian owner... I must warn you that the music is fantastic!

A funky Russian song, wirewheels, a flashy blue interior and flaky blue metallic paint just made my day!

After last weeks sad news some good news: I got word from Arpad that his coupe was spotted with different licenseplates on it, so there is hope he will be reunited with the car! Nevertheless, if you spot it somewhere: don't hesitate to contact me!

Now to get back on topic: I found this immaculate Panda Carina GT-R coupe for sale on Auctions Yahoo:
Panda Carina coupe GT-R AA63
Panda Carina coupe GT-R AA63

The buy-me-now price is at 1000000 yen (13000 US dollar) a bit steep but you will get a whole lot of car for that money!

First of all the car only travelled 110000 kilometer so far, the body is practially rust free (and in very good shape) and is still in its original panda paint with colorcode 041 (Super White III, only available on late models). Second of all the car features an oldskool period correct urethane lip and louvre rear window.

Random: AE86 lips on a KE70 wagon

Adding the zenki Levin AE86 bumper and lip were a very good improvement by the owner of this KE70 wagon.

Even the original Apex Twin Cam seats and the panda paint scheme seems to be a nice fit! :P

Commerical time: Italian lion in Germany

Obviously Subaru named the Leone after the Leo constellation in the Zodiac and it was their best selling car for 23 years (when it got replaced by the Impreza). The name Leone came from the Italian word for Lion but strangely enough the commercial on TV showed this Italian named car in a German environment:

Maybe the Lion likes German roads better?
